Terms of Service

1. Parties and scope

The ArlenTrade platform at https://arlentrade.com is provided by ARLEN TRADE Ltd (company number 204754890), registered at ул. „Смилица“ № 16, вх. А, ет. 1, ап. 1, р-н Красно село, гр. София 1612, Bulgaria.

The platform is intended solely for businesses — hotels, distributors and brands. We do not sell to consumers. By registering you confirm that you act as a representative of a company.

2. Registration and account

• Registration is subject to administrator approval. Until approved, an account has no access to pricing or inquiries.
• The details you provide must be accurate and current.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
• Accounts are personal to the named individual and must not be shared.
• We may refuse or terminate an account for false information or misuse of the platform.

3. Inquiries and quotes

• The catalogue and its specifications are an invitation to request a quote, not a binding offer.
• A submitted inquiry is forwarded to the manufacturer for pricing.
• The final quote states unit prices, delivery time and, where given, a validity date.
• A quote cannot be accepted after its validity date has passed. Contact us to have it renewed.

4. Accepting a quote, and orders

Accepting a final quote through the platform constitutes an order.

• Unit prices are given for the quoted quantity. The quantity of an item therefore cannot be reduced on acceptance — you may decline the item entirely instead.
• You may order more than quoted. It is priced at the same unit price but remains subject to our confirmation of production capacity and delivery time.
• You may accept only some of the items in a quote.
• An order is confirmed once we confirm it in writing.

5. AI consultant

The platform provides an automated AI consultant. Its answers are informational and are not a binding offer, a technical opinion or legal advice. Only final quotes and our written confirmations are binding.

How we process those conversations and the data derived from them is set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

• Automated scraping, circumventing rate limits, and attempts to access other users' data are not permitted.
• Submitting bad-faith inquiries, or using the platform to gather competitive intelligence, is not permitted.
• Prices, specifications and catalogue content are confidential and must not be passed to third parties without our consent.

7. Intellectual property

Platform content — text, images, catalogue descriptions and software — is protected and remains ours or our partners'. It is licensed to you only for the purposes of the commercial relationship between us.

8. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages arising from temporary unavailability or inaccuracies in catalogue content, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

TODO (for legal review): decide whether to cap liability, and at what amount.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes are to be settled by negotiation, failing which by the competent Bulgarian court.

10. Changes
