Minimum order quantities, lead times, samples, specifications and certifications — the questions buyers ask most.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity on stock items held in our EU warehouse — you can order a single piece, with shipping at your cost. Private label production starts at 300 pieces per product across all ranges.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is tiered at 100, 300, 1,000 and 5,000 pieces. Send us the product, specification, size and quantity and we will quote against your actual requirement.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Samples are charged, and shipping is at the buyer's cost. The cost of the product is credited against your order if you go ahead. Samples are dispatched within 2 working days.
How long does production take?
Private label production runs 4 to 6 weeks. After that, delivery depends on the route: about a week in transit direct from Denizli with a Turkish invoice, or 2 to 3 weeks through our Bulgarian warehouse with an EU invoice and no customs work for you. Stock items ship from Bulgaria and are typically with the customer within about a week.
Do you do private label?
Yes. Embroidery, woven labels, custom packaging, and production to your own specification — sizes, weights, weaves, densities and designs. From 300 pieces.
What are your towel specifications?
100% cotton terry from 400 to 665 GSM, woven with 20/2 ring-spun yarn in warp and pile and 16/1 ring-spun weft. Custom weights and constructions to your specification.
What about bed linen?
Ranfors 63 at 160 thread count and 125 g/m², and cotton sateen at 83 and 120 thread counts. Duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases in standard hotel sizes or your own.
What certifications do you hold?
Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, covering production and sale of home and hotel textiles. Dyeing and finishing is carried out at a house holding OEKO-TEX® STeP and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification, compliant with ZDHC MRSL 2.0. Current certificates are available on request.
Do you ship from within the EU?
Yes. We hold stock in Haskovo, Bulgaria, inside the EU customs union, and ship to every country in Europe with an EU invoice and no customs clearance for the buyer.
More about the EU warehouseAre you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Otelloji, founded in 2014, runs a 3,500 m² facility in Denizli with 84 staff and a monthly capacity of around 100,000 m of fabric and 50 tons of towels. Production runs across our own facility and partner weaving mills in the same district, with dyeing and finishing at an OEKO-TEX® STeP certified house. IDATEX is our registered trademark.
How do I request a quotation?
